Rare Wilkins 15" City of New York Cast Iron Paddle Boat

Here is one you won't see very often - this is the original Wilkins Cast Iron Paddle Boat - called "The City of New York". The way to tell its an original cast iron toy is the red smoke stack. All the repros have black stacks. This is largest size measuring 15" in length. It is in very good condition for its age - as seen in the pictures below. I see no breaks or cracks. Original paint that shows wear. Also, you can determine this to be original as it is riveted together on the smoke stack and on the hull. Don't confuse this with the reproductions. A great early piece, don't miss.
