Rare Lionel No 228 Prewar 0-6-0 Switcher w/ 2228B Tender

Here is one you won't find very often. This is the Lionel prewar No. 228 0-6-0 PRR Switcher with its matching No. 2228B Bell Ringing Tender. The number 228 is cast in the boiler front plate. The tender is marked "2228B" on the bottom. The Engine and Tender are in excellent condition - as seen in the pictures. Nice, strong graphics, some minor wear on finish. Tender plugs look to have been rewired. The engine and tender have the later simulated knuckle couplers. When put on a test track it ran in forward and reverse. Bell tender worked A very nice prewar O gauge Switcher. Don't miss!
