Wonderful Lionel # 2572 Space Set 2359 3830 6544 3535 ++OBHere is a neat set of Lionel postwar Trains that you will not see very often. This is Set No. 2572 - a Super "O" Space Set that Lionel made in 1961. This set was taken directly from a home. This set includes the No. 2359 Boston & Maine GP Diesel, the No. 6544 Missile Firing Car, the No. 3830 Flat Car with Operating Submarine, the No. 6448 Exploding Box Car, the No. 3519 Operating Satellite Launching Car and the No. 3535 Security Caboose. Comes with individual car paperwork, 12 pieces of curved track, 4 starights, two track pieces, all individual boxes and a wonderful Set Box. All that is in the many pictures below. Trains are in excellent to like new condition. Engine is in like new condition with low run time, no breaks or cracks. Very clean. Its box is has it original sleeve with minor skinning. The No. 6544 is a very nice car but both of its brake wheels has been repaired. The target car has some wear. Boxes overall are in good shape. The target car box has repaired flaps and three inside flaps are provided. The 3519 box has some staining and repaired flaps. Set box is in excellent condition as pictured.
