Nice! Lionel Postwar No. 2544W Santa Fe Super Chief Set 2383

Here is the No. 2544W Super Chief Streamliner Set that Lionel made in 1959; a wonderful and hard to find F-3 set in the yellow set box. Set includes the No. 2383 Santa Fe F3 AA Diesels, a No. 2350 Baggage Car, the No. 2562 Regal Pass Vista-Dome; a No. 2563 Indian Falls Pullman; and the No. 2561 Vista Valley Observation Car. Includes all orange perf. boxes, the correct perf. Engine boxes, and the rare yellow Set Box. All that is pictured.

I believe the pictures are clear as to the overall condition of these trains. Overall, I would call the set in excellent plus condition. The engines overall are high grade - as seen in the pictures. Some minor wear but very little. Wheels show low run-time. Engine runs in forward and reverse when tested. The Passenger Cars are all very clean  - little run time. Some minor nicks. The boxes overall are also in excellent condition. The F-3 boxes are crisp, ends still sealed. The Passenger Car boxes are also very nice. The Baggage Car box is missing a tab. Perfs in tact. Some minor wear as pictured. The Set Box has some corner and inside flap wear. Overall, a nice box as seen in pictures. A great set - don't miss - buy with confidence. Thanks.
