Lionel Postwar Set # 2203WS 681 2046-50 6464-25 BOX ++

Here is a very nice set of Lionel "O" gauge trains from 1953. This is Set No. 2203WS This Set includes the No. 681 heat stamped Steam Turbine with Magnetraction, Smoke and Headlight, the No. 2046-50 Pennsylvania Whistle Tender with white lettering, the No. 6415 Sunoco Tank Car, the No. 3520 Operating Searchlight Car, the No. 6464-25 Great Northern Box Car and the No. 6417 Pennsylvania N5C Caboose. Also includes all individual boxes, plus the Set Box. Overall, the set is very nice - as seen in the many pictures. The engine has some minor wear, but overall is a clean 681. The tender is also ver nice. I see a small chip to the steps on the rear, and some minor side wear. When tested the engine ran in forward and reverse. Smoke unit is working. Tender whistled when tested. The freights overall are also in great shape. All are in excellent condition. The boxes for the most part are in very good condition. The 681 engine box has two internal flaps missing, and one end flap. It does have its original insert. The tender box also has its original interior lining. The few of the other boxes are missing some interior flaps, and have some repairs. The set box has a top flap that is torn. Wear throughout, and one flap held on with tape.
