Lionel Boxed # 2570 Train Set w/ 616 Santa Fe NW-2 6828 6822 6812 OBs

This is the No. 2570 Super O Five Car Husky Diesel Freight Set that Lionel made in 1961. It includes the sought after No. 616 Santa Fe NW-2 Switcher, the No. 6828 FlatCar w/Hanrschfeger Crane, No. 6736 Detroit & Mackinac Hopper, No. 6822 Searchlight Car, No. 6812 Track Maintenance Car, No. 6130 Santa Fe Work Caboose. Comes with their Individual Boxes (except missing the engine box), and the difficult to find Set Box. Overall the trains are in excellent condition as pictured. The Engine has the typical hairline cracks in the front around the screw. Shows a mark on the cab roof. When tested it runs in forward and reverse. The freights all look excellent - as pictured. The 6828 truck has been repaired to fix the crane tabs (see pics). The Maintenance car is missing the man on the top.  The Individual boxes have some tape on the insides, missing a some of the interior and coupler flaps, and a perf. The Set box looks nice and sturdy but has wear on the edges and along corners. Overall, a nice set. Don't miss. Thanks.
