Lionel No. 2378 Milwaukee Road F-3 AB Diesels -Nice!

Here is an extremely nice pair of Lionel No. 2378 Milwaukee Road F-3 AB Diesels. Also, includes the 2378 "B" Box. These are the AB Diesels with Dual Motors, Magnetraction and Horn that Lionel made circa 1956. Non-Pinstripes Variation. Condition is excellent - as seen in the pictures. Runs well in forward and reverse, but like all older engines would benefit from a cleaning to run perfectly. The powered unit has a couple of surface scratches, and a small amount of touch-up on the decal to fill in the frame of the door, but other than that I can't find much wrong with these beautiful units. Battery compartment is clean. Box has some writing on it. Does have both end flaps. Please check out the pictures carefully, and if you have any questions let me know. A real nice set!
