Lionel O27 Postwar Set No 1599 w/ 210 6801 6424 6014

Here is a very nice set of Lionel "027" gauge postwar trains. Set No. 1599 from 1958.

It includes the No. 210P and 210T Texas Special Alco AA Units. Also, included are the following freights - the No. 6801-50 Flat Car with Boat - No. 6014 red Frisco Box Car - the No. 6424-60 Flatcar - the No. 6112 Gondola with red Cannisters - the No. 6465 Gulf Double-Dome Tank Car - and the No. 6017 SP-Type Caboose. Additionally, we have the two engine boxes, and some individual boxes for most of the cars. Please see pictures for all that's being offered.

I've took lots of pictures so you can see all. There should be no surprises. Overall, the train cars are in excellent or better condition. A couple of notes: The engine runs fine. I see a hairline crack on the apron of the non-powered unit (see pictures). The Boxes for these engines are in real nice shape. The yellow boat with the Flatcar is original Lionel. The set came with either a Fisco Box Car or the Bosco. This has the more desirable Fisco Box Car. The cars on the 6424 are missing. The Gulf Tank is the first year this version was made, but this car has a break on the top catwalk. It also is showing some oxidation on the frame. All cars are on AAR trucks. The boxes are in only average shape, and the boxes for the 6801 and the 6424 are torn and tattered. Missing the box for the 6465. A really neat set of trains. Please ask any questions.
